Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice less than 24 hours, another patient is prevented from receiving care. Therefore, The Muscle Technician reserves the right to charge a fee of $45.00 for all missed appointments
The no-show policy will be enforced at the time of your next appointment if no attempts to reconcile have previously been made.
Your late arrival will require that I end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter for that day. I have reserved this time for you and only you and have other people scheduled after your time.
